The Francis Marion National Forest plans to contract for construction of three gravel pulloffs, one paved parking area, and one bulletin board at Hampton St. Park on the Wambaw/Witherbee Ranger District in Berkeley and Charleston Counties, South Carolina. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor and supplies to mechanically prepare National Forest land in accordance with specifications and provisions of the contract. No materials, labor, or equipment will be furnished by the Government unless specifically identified in the Government Furnished Property clause. Project range is $25,000 to $100,000. (169)
