PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Work includes painting and repair of various one-story administrative, maintenance and storage buildings, some interior only, some exterior only; waste water treatment plant facilities; two three-story barracks, interior and exterior; one 143 foot high water tower including the upgrade of the ladder system; removal of mildew from various one-story metal buildings. Lead paint is present in some locations. The estimated range of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Pursuant to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted IN WRITING, state the solicitation number, and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requestor. Additionally, requestors should indicate whether they intend to bid as a prime contractor, subcontractor or supplier.
