Demolish and construct selected interior partition walls. Install suspended ceilings, light fixtures, receptacles, drywall and finish in gun vault. Replace stairwell suspended ceilings including light fixtures. Replace restroom plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile floor/walls and partition. Replace sidewalks, curbs, and exterior stairs. Install fire suppression system. Enlarge two building enrances. Construct a three story enclosed elevator. Construct retaining walls and landscape. All work to be performed under a single lump sum firm fixed-price contract in strict accordance with the contract documents. The solicitation package will be available o/a 15 July 1996. A nonrefundable charge of $33 will be required to obtain this solicitation. Checks should be made payable to DAO/DE, Dobbins ARB. The performance period is 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This solicitation will be issued under full and open competition.
