Work consists of adding an addition to the northwest corner of the existing facility for servicing the M-1 Tank; Work includes adding CMU walls inside and out and painted to match existing finish, concrete floors sealed to prevent penetration of oils and greases, roof system consisting of ``flat'' metal deck with adhered single ply membrane roof. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded using sealed bid procedures. Although not guaranteed, construction is estimated to start about September 1996, and be complete within 150 calendar days from issuance of Notice To Proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid information will be available no sooner than 15 days after publication of this notice. Solicitation documents cost $35.00 per set.
