Work consists of the removal of existing round culverts at Felix Creek and Harris Creek, slope steepening of the embankment slopes at the Felix Creek site, and the installation of open bottom structural plate arch pipes at each removal site. Issue date, approximately August 2, 1996. A Pre-bid Tour will not be held. The Notice to Proceed will be issued approximately September 30, 1996, with an estimated completion date of October 31, 1997. The Government price estimate range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
