277 Dormitory No. 4: Provide and Install a new packaged, 12 + ton, gas
heat, outdoor, horizontal discharge air handling unit, all new
ductwork (supply and return), diffusers, volume and bypass dampers, new
exhaust fan 625 CFM, and direct digitalcontrols (DDC). Also provide and
install new floor drain and sewer pipe, concrete floor, domestic hot
and cold water piping, and necessary modifications for new laundry
room. Dormitory No. 5: Provide and install two (2) new DDC controllers
to replaceexisting controllers that were burned out by a lightening
strike, replace temperature sensors (5 space and 1 outside air
sensors). The project is located at the Mingo Job Corps Center,
Stoddard County, near Puxico, Missouri. The estimated magnitude
ofconstruction is between $25,000 and $100.000. This project is part of
the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is not set
