70 -- CMSTAT VERSION 5.3 UPGRADE SOL N00253-96-R-0023 POC Contact Point: Victor Angkico 360-396-5671 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport is soliciting for an upgrade to the CMstat V4.2.4 Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) software to the version CMstat V5.3. Additionally the proprietary CMstat V5.3 will need to be modified to interact with existing Government systems. In addition to the V5.3 upgrade, custom CMstat filters and scripts need to be developed to interact with NUWC Keyports EDMICS Drawing repository. Total project will include the purchase of CMvault / CMview (10 copies), CMstat Net Server software (1 copy), CMstat Net Client software (6 UNIX and 36 PC copies), CMstat GUI Client software (6 UNIX and 36 PC copies), data migration from CMstat V4.2.4 to V5.3 data format, CMstat Database Concatenation from 11 to 5 databases, CMstat EDMICS interface, CMstat / NUWC custom report generation module, and associated consulting and training services. All components of the purchase will be accomplished through custom CMstat scripts and filters. The Government intends to negotiate this requirement with CMstat, 5755 Oberlin Drive, San Diego, CA, on a sole source basis, as they are the only vendor with the rights to modify the proprietary CMstat source code required for the upgrade and data migration.
