Definite Quantity Type Contract for a Fire Suppression System for USP
Leavenworth, KS. Offeror is to Design, provide labor, material and
training to five (5) employees of the new system. Offeror is also
required to Deinstall, remove and expose of old system. A mandatory
site visit is required for all potential offerors. Offerors must call
in advance to set up site visit with Stan Frederick, 913-628-8700 EXT
358. Descriptive Literature shall be supplied with offer prior to
closing date and time. Must meet OSHA and NFPA fire code requirements.
Qty: One (1), Unit of Issue: EACH. Period of Performance is date of
award through 90 days thereafter. Delivery Acceptance is 45 days after
receipt of contract. This is an all or none requirement. No telephone
