The proposed topics contain the same information as will appear in the DOD program solicitation 97.1, plus the name of the individual sponsoring the topic. As of 1 Oct 96, no additional technical information (this includes specifications recommended approaches, further refinement, the limiting of topic areas, and the like) can or will be made available by Air Force personnel during the DOD program solicitation period, approximately 1 Oct 96 through 3 Jan 97, except through the DTIC SBIR Interactive Technical Information System (SITIS).
