This work is to include the Area/Vicinity Maps, Installation Maps, Utility Plans, Airfield Pavement Plan, Real Estate Map, short range plan and long range plan. Evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are: (1) Specialized experience and technical competency. (2) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services. (3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time. (4) Past Performance. (5) Key personnel availability. (6) Location of firm and consultants. (7) Demonstrated success in prescribing use of recovered and waste reduction in energy. Final selection procedure may include personal or telephone interviews. A Firm-Fixed price contract is contemplated. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated contract start date is on/or about 1 Sept 1996. SF 254 (must be less than one year old) and a current SF255 are required for the principal firm and all consultants.
