(Site Code DAAC01) Service contract to perform reclamation of the AGT
1500 Power Turbine Housing (PTH) PN 12286470, and AGT 1500 2nd Stage
Nozzle PN 12286888 used exclusively in the M1 series of vehicles (M1,
M1A1, M1A2, Breecher, HAB). The services will include performing bond
repair of PTH damage/cracks. Subsequent to crack repairs, the
contractor shall perform dimensional restoration of PTH surfaces as
required. PTHs shall meet all performance and functional requirements
of the specifications that will be provided with the solicitation and
DMWR 9-2835-255. The quantity is 312 nozzles and 96 housings. The
Anniston Army Depot will supply the contractor with 26 nozzles and 8
housings per month beginning in January, 1997, or earlier if possible,
until the total quantity is completed. The delivery will be 45 days
after contractor receives shipment of parts. This will be a negotiated
procurement with only one source, Chromalloy Midwest, 1720 National
Boulevard, Midwest City, OK, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10
U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Chromalloy Midwest is the only known company that
has been tested and technically approved by the U. S. Army
Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), Warren, Michigan. Firms
that recognize and can perform the required services are encouraged to
identify themselves and provide supporting evidence to TACOM which
