J -- MAINTENANCE FOR BUILDING MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SOL SSA-RFP-96-2605 DUE 072296 POC Regina Dulaney Tel: (410) 965-9508 The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a non-competitive solicitation for preventive and remedial maintenance services on two (2) Government-owned systems located at the SSA Mid-Atlantic Program Service Center (MATPSC), 300 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The equipment to be maintained is as follows: Andover Building Management Control System, main central processor unit, all data gathering panels, all associated peripheral computer/printer monitoring equipment, all interconnecting wiring, all power supplies/backup power sources and all software programs operating the system and Simplex Fire Alarm System, all control panels, all annunciator panels, all associated periphal computer monitoring equipment, all software programs operating the system, all manual/automatic initiating and monitoring devices including all the interconnecting wiring, all power supplies and backup power sources. The period of performance shall be one year from date of award with two 1-year option periods, if exercised. A sources sought synopsis published in issue no. PSA-1571 of the Commerce Business Daily on April 11, 1996, substantiates SSA's belief that the Tri-M Corporation is the only source capable of providing the needed services. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests will be honored. The Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited or received. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of the source data received. See Numbered Note 22.
