R -- PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Company (TOLIC) which is under contract with Health Care Financing Administration for Medicare Part B claims processing is seeking sources for programming consultants. The skill sets will depend on the project but may include but not be limited to: Cobol II, VSAM, IDCAMS, OS JCL, TSO ISPF, CICS, C, PowerBuilder, Visual Basic, Assembler, Dy1280, Windows, OS/2, UNIX, MS SQL Server, Sybase, Novell Netware 4.1, NT Workstation and server, Asynchronous and Synchronous telecommunication protocols. Consultants must be employees of a contracting company and able to perform work at TOLIC's offices at 1149 S. Broadway, Los Angeles. Interested parties must respond in writing by July 5, 1996, with their rates for their qualified junior, intermediate, and senior consultants. Responses will be reviewed and evaluated 70% on cost and 30% on meeting the specified scope of work. Quotations must be submitted no later than July 5, 1996.
