Hughes Technical Center intends to negotiate a single source procurement with Harris Corporation (Information Systems Division) of P.O. Box 98000, Melbourne FL 32902-9800 to provide the FAA: training, design, development, operational and maintenance support on the WMSCR system software developed by Harris. The Harris Corporation custom designed and developed the WMSCR software. To maintain continuity and standardization it is imperative that the FAA obtain the current Harris expertise on the WMSCR system in order to successfully satisfy this contract.
