Services include but not limited to makeup, operation and skill of a variety of maintenance work requirements. The contractor must have a comprehensive understanding and the ability to plan, lay out and complete the installation, modification, repair, renovation, troubleshooting and testing of various systems within building maintenance. Work includes carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, painting, grounds maintenance, air conditioning units, commercial/residential laundry washers and dryers, ability to read blueprints, etc. Contract consists of a base year and four option years.
