Specialist, (410) 997-6225. Construction of a new 33,000 to 35,000 sq.
ft. Postal Facility on a 6.17 acre site. Work also includes all site
work and associated utilities. Building construction consists of a
high-bay workroom (one-story with elevated observation walkway), and a
one story retail and support module. Construction systems include
load-bearing masonry, brick faced cavity walls with CMU back-up, steel
frame with built-up asphalt and standing seam metal roof systems, and
light gage metal stud interior partition systems. The facility is full
heated, air-conditioned, and fire suppressed in large storage rooms,
and all other necessary work to make a complete and acceptable job. The
estimated price range is between $2,500,000.00 and $3,000,000.00 with
completion within 270 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on August 01, 1996. Plans and
specifications will be available on or about July 01, 1996 at a cost of
