All work must be completed within 365 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. A pre-bid conference and scheduled site visit will be at 9:00 A.M., on Thursday, August 1, 1996. Bid Opening will be at 2:00 P.M. local time, on or about Tuesday, August 20, 1996. Solicitation will indicate exact bid opening date. All contractors interested in bidding this project must request bidding documents from USPFO for Nevada, NVMD-PFO-PC, 2601 S.
