The Standard Industrial Code (SIC), for this project is 1542- General Contractors-Non Residental Buildings, Other than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. The size standard is $17.0 Million. The work for the Base Bid includes the renovation of the third floor free weight room, renovation of third floor nautilus room and renovation of second floor class romm and other incidenal work. The work for Additive Bid Item One includes renovation of the existing third floor toilet facilities and other incidental work. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is July 10, 1996. . The projected bid opening date is August 12, 1996.
