Construct a new one-story service station at Craig Village. The new building shall be concrete masonry unit construction with hollow-core concrete plank floor and roof systems. The building shall have openings only for windows and doors (i.e., no actual doors, windows, or shutters). Building shall be sealed and painted, and shall have concrete topping over waterproofing membranes on the floors and roofs. The building shall be approximately 1,664 SF. Work shall include sitework and building construction. The building does not require plumbing, mechanical, or electrical work. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1542, for this acquisition, average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. This project is subject to the availability of funds.
