This project consist of furnishing all operations to construct a 2,000 SF one story addition to Building 900, Construct Squadron Operation Facility, on Pope Air Force Base NC. This work consist of demolition of site and limited of existing building as required to provide for new construction, new concrete walks to tie into existing walks, excavation, fill and backfill for new building construction, reinforced concrete wall and column footings and concrete slab on grade for building addition. Structural sttel roof system consisting of 1 1/2'' metal roof deck, K series steel joists, steel beams and column, exterior hollow load-bearing concrete masonry unit walls, exterior face brick to match existing brick,aluminum storefront windows, with insulating glass to match exist storefront windows, interior solid core wood doors with hollow metal frmaes, interior gypsum board partitions with steel stud framing, sound attenuation insulation provided in certain areas, new water closet, urinal and lavatory in new closet, built-in casework in selected areas, other plumbing, electrical, HVAC and fire alarm system. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000 with a 252 calendar day performance, including weather days. This proposed acquisition will be issued unrestricted.
