Work includes the application of a shingle ply flashing material to all roof penetrations and to all wall flashing conditions at all roof levels of Building 1. The existing roofing membrane shall remain in place and undisturbed. Existing roof membrane and flashing are considered asbestos containing material. Minor patching and removal is required. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Pursuant to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted in WRITING, state the solicitation number, and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requestor. Additionally, requestors should indicate whether they intend to bid as prime contractor, subcontractor or supplier. TELEPHONE and TELEFAX requests for copies of the solicitation or bidder's list WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
