The construction of a new, PRE-ENGINEERED metal building, approximately 3500 sq ft, to house maintenance operations on vehicles located at Cusick Station, Cusick WA. A high-strength concrete ground slab shall be constructed and a service pit incorporated. Several small rooms are added to the perimeter of the structure for storage with one dedicated for office use. A wash water recycling system shall be installed to handle the waste water generated from operations. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract performance period is 90 calendar days. Working hours are weekdays, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding federal holidays. The work site is located approximately 50 miles north of Spokane WA.
