To include selective demolition work; asbestos containing material abatement; masonry work; rough and finish carpentry; wood doors and steel frames; finish hardware; gypsum board panel work; suspended acoustical ceiling; floor and wall coverings; fire alarms; electrical power; lighting; plumbing; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; and other trade items as indicated on the bid documents. The work also includes some repairs to the building exterior and site work repairs and improvements. The estimated cost of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The contract performance period for this project is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
