Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete a construction project to Install Golf Course Well Pumps, at McChord AFB, Washington. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1) Construction of two production water wells, including pumps, piping, valves and connection to existing Golf Course Irrigation System; 2) Construction of overhead and underground primary and secondary electrical service to the two well pump sites; 3) Two pad mounted transformers, one at each well pump site; 4) Electrical controls at each of the two well sites to operate the well pumps; and 5) Chain link fence around the two well pump sites. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation is expected to issue on or about 9 July 96, with a bid opening date projected to be 8 August 96. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1623 with an average gross revenue of $17 million for the last three fiscal years. There is no charge for bid packages.
