Invitation For Bids: IFB, Drawings, and Specifications will be made available O/A 08 Jul 96, for Replacement of Welcome Sign with LED line display message sign at Minot AFB, North Dakota. Work includes all associated electrical, control cable/communication and computer software installation and other necessary work to provide a complete installation ready for use in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work is 90% general and 10% electrical. Work is not in a restricted area, and consists of a 60 day performance period. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business concerns. SDB preference program as contained in DFARS 219.7204 will be used in the evaluation for award.
