The contractor shall provide all the labor, materials and services for the repair of the Quaywall and Pier 13 at the Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. The repairs shall include, but not be limited to approximately 3,500LF of Quaywall and Pier 13 which may include the following: Concrete jacketing existing piles, replacement of steel piles which may include rock sockets, repairs and partial replacement of reinforced concrete, repairs and partial replacement of wood piles and fendering systems, and repairs and installation of cathodic and monitoring systems, repairs of utilities hanging from the underside of the concrete apron.This solicitation will be issued unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFARS 252.219-7003 entitled ''Notice of Evaluation preference for small disadvantaged business concerns.''
