The principle features of work are as follows: (a) The addition of a new air conditioning system to serve the existing building to include new mechanical equipment, new underground chiller lines, ductwork, diffusers, and exterior chiller unit with a new concrete block and brick vaneer screen wall enclosure (b) new lay-in ceiling and suspension grid, and all ceiling mounted light fixtures and equipment and (c) modification to the existing ductwork, wiring and fire protection sprinkler systems. This is a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The performance period will be about 120 days. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement with a small disadvantaged business evaluation preference. Only mail or facsimile requests for solicitation packages will be accepted.
