The principle features of work are as follows: (a) Exterior to include a new entrance, brick vaneer to replace siding, and new roof system (b) interior mechanical, electrical and architectural work to include new HVAC system, new plumbing, replace existing doors and floor coverings, new lay-in ceiling, new finishes, new light fixtures, and fire detection and alarm system. This is a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The performance period will be about 365 days.
