Work includes but is not limited to: Removing and Disposing of existing Chiller; Removal and/or Disposing of piping, valves and other materials as indicated on the drawings; Furnishing and installing new piping, insulation, refrigerant sensors, etc.; Lights, as indicated on the drawings. Cost range for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror.
