The principle features of work for project NKAK 94-1108 include, but are not limited to: (a) Divert wash rack run-off from storm sewer to sanitary sewer at several sites by plugging drains, installing automatic valves, diverting lines, and/or building canopies; (b) Plug floor drains and decommission underground storage tanks; and (c) Build test pad for safe testing of AFFF. This is a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period will be 270 days. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis with small disadvantaged business evaluation preference. This office proposes to issue IFB F03602-96-B0018 on or about 28 Jun 96.
