Wisor, Phone (703)604-1920 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure the non-recurring engineering effort and drawings related to the redesign of the HPTS System to include the removal of the existing UTWA tower and replace it with a single pulley assembly and enclosure. The redesign will include the fabrication and assembly of the retrofit kits and the installation on the HPTS systems and HPTS spares and repair parts. Rockwell is the only source with the requisite knowledge and experience in the design, development, production and testing of the equipment.
