The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to purchase four (4) Electronic Paper Counter & Batch/Tabbers. Requests for the Quotation must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent, citing RFQ-56-25 or by facsimile at (202) 874-3135. All written requests must state the firm's size status (i.e., Large, Small, Minority, or Women-Owned). All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the Agency. Quotes will be accepted fifteen (15) days after publication of this notice, and a purchase order will be awarded based on price soon after receipt of quotes. No telephone requests will be accepted.
