The Department of the Army, US Army CECOM, is initiating a market survey to determine the availability now and in the near future, of commercially developed computer hardware and software products, as these relate to automatic translation of languages (sometimes referred to as Machine Language Translation). The application of such Machine Language Translation products will be to Command and Control Systems. The primary language pair of consideration is Korean and English, with a capability of translating in both, or either directions. Information of the same nature as above relating to other languages is also of interest and may be furnished by interested parties. This notice is not soliciting proposals.
