The contractor shall provide all necessary trained and qualified personnel to perform maintenance, repair, inspections, tests, special repairs and call back services, for the various Government-owned Fire Protection Systems located in various Buildings of the National Institutes of Health Bethesda, Maryland Campus and the NIHAC, Poolsville, Maryland. The period of performance shall include a 12 month base year and four 12 month option periods. All Requests for the solicitation must be made in writing. Delete Note # 1.
