This solicitation is to obtain services for cultural resources related studies, investigation, preparation of historic and archeological documents, and implementation of plans in accordance with Sections 106 and 110 compliance for the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended. Knowledge and experience in the areas of military architecture, prehistoric and historic archeology and architectural history for California and Arizona is required including the ability to meet the Secretary of the Interiors requirements (Federal Register VOL 48, No. 190, Thursday, September 29, 1983, page 44739) and the Archaeological Resources Protection Act Qualifications. The work will be performed throughout California and Arizona. Documentation of these requirements will be submitted by the firm during the responsibility check. The firm shall possess these requirements in-house prior to award of solicitation. The contract is Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract with the duration of a base year and two prepriced option years. The project is 100% set aside for Small Business, and bids will be considered from all Small Business responsible sources. The SIC code is 8999 and the annual size is 5.0M.
