FISCNORVADETWASH intends to award a sole-source contract to Pitney Bowes to provide maintenance services and emergency repair on Pitney Bowes proprietary postal equipment and software. The postal equipment located at the Consolidated Postal System is connected to a Pitney Bowes Management Center which is also unique to Pitney Bowes. The equipment to be maintained includes power stackers, mail machines, interfaces, softguards, scales, report printers paragons, feeder/sealers, and postage meters. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. See Note 22. (0173)
