The Health Resources and Services Administration is soliciting proposals to develop and implement a review process that incorporates an accreditation survey for ambulatory primary care organizations and federal monitoring requirements as deemed necessary by the Bureau of Primary Health Care. Offeror should have knowledge and extensive experience in accrediting health care organizations, particularly ambulatory health care centers. Offeror should have expertise in assessing primary care operations and effectiveness. This proposed requirement is for three (3) years.
