R -- MODIFICATION TO THE OJP NATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFERENCE SERVICE CONTRACT POC Raymond C. German, Contracting Officer, (202) 307-0613. The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify on a sole source basis Contract OJP-94-C-006, entitled NATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFERENCE SERVICE CONTRACT, with the Aspen Systems Corporation. The modification will incorporate additional contract requirements for publication support, document distribution, and conference support services into the contract. The additional services apply to the Juvenile Justice Clearinghouse (Task 13), the National Victims Resource Center (Task 14), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance Clearinghouse (Task 16). The additional requirements will be performed during Option Years 2 and 3 of the contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other firm desiring consideration must submit documentation which demonstrates its technical capability to perform the requirements. (0173)
