``JOINT EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE (JETT-CON), JULY 9-11, 1996'' The United States Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration's conference, JETT-CON, is scheduled for July 9-11, 1996 in Washington, D.C. at the Hyatt Regency on Capital Hill, 400 New Jersey Avenue, N.W. The purposes of this announcement are to invite participants to attend and invite vendors to exhibit at JETT-CON. This is the final JETT-Con announcement. The purpose of this conference is to educate and inform federal, state, and local providers of employment and training services about how technology can help them to provide better, faster and more cost effective services to the public. Congress is changing the way the federal, state, and local employment and training system does business.
