Services are required to provide lodging, meals, and transportation for Armed Forces applicants of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), Miami FL. Estimated quantity of rooms, meals, and transportation will be established in the solicitation when issued. Also required is access to a banquet/meeting room, 52 weeks per year, Sunday through Thursday each week, and up to 13 Friday nights per year. The location of the hotel/motel shall not exceed five miles from the MEPS site. Mileage is based on using the main vehicular routes traveled one way to the Miami MEPS. Period of performance is from 1 Oct 96 to 30 Sep 97 with four option years. This acquisition is unrestricted. The applicable SIC code and size standard are 7011/$5M. Solicitation issue date of 15 Jul 96 and proposal due date of 13 Aug 96 are tentative.
