Work requirements consist of: Mechanical: 51%. Electrical: 27%. Civil: 22%. Magnitude of Construction = $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. Completion time = 120 Calendar days. This aquisition is unrestricted. The approximate issue/response date will be 09 Jul 96. The anticipated award date will be 16 Aug 96. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation.
