The estimated cost of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The individual project design & construction elements consist of site planning & development, utilities, two high quality executive type villas, parking shade structures, surrounding privacy fence, landscaping and security lighting. The project also includes the procurement and installation of kitchen equipment.
