Carter, 907/753-2551 Description of work to be performed: Construct fourteen residential units - ten (10) three or four-bedroom single family detached houses and four (4) two bedroom townhouse-style duplex housing units, the supporting infrastructure, and a community services facility. The housing development will be located at the FAA Quarters Site, approximately 1/2 mile NW of the Bethel Airport. The infrastructure consists of a water supply and distribution system, connection to the municipal sewage system, individual underground heating fuel tanks, street lighting, and associated landscaping. Also, construct a 2500 SF Air Traffic Control Tower Basebuilding with connector to the existing tower.
