Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to replace air handling units and piping, including removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials; demolish and dispose of steam and condensate piping, air handling units, and related piping; and provide new air handling units, pipings, pumps, and heat exchangers. Period of performance is 240 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date of 10 Jul 96 and bid opening date of 12 Aug 96 are tentative.
