Install Electrical Monitoring Station in Section BB of Building 36. Work is to include the monitoring of all electrical points that currently exists on the EMCS System. The system will provide capacity for future monitring of electrical monitoring points. The removal of two existing JC 85/40 DSC panels and the transfer of all points to the new Metasys panels. The installation of two new Metasys panels and all connection of all existing points located in the existing DSC panels. The installation of an N1 and N2 bus complete with all associated hardware, connections and equipment. Installation of a new operator workstation which is to be fully integrated into the existing Johnson Controls Metasys System. All programming and software requirements. The work shall be performed by an electrical contractor who has three years experience in building managment systems. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable DMA, EPA, NFPA and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 98 days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is 100% set aside for small business. There will be no public bid opening. See Note 1. The work shall be performed at Defense Mapping Agency located at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, Mo.
