Drill out broken bolts, retap existing holes in light bases and cold galvanize the bolt ring to prevent rusting; install spacer rings to prevent rusting; install spacer rings as per the drawings. Install a three phase CCR in building 14, including a busway extension and disconnect, etc. Performance period: 210 days. The approximate issue/response date will be 01 Jul 96. No telephone requests.
