The proposed firm fixed prices acquisition consists of Whole Site Revitalization, Bennett Shores, Phase I (approximately 450 units) and Phase II (approximately 229 units); a total of 679 Navy housing units. Detailed description of work includes, but is not limited to, windows, approximately 80 roofs, interior door hardware, closet doors, vinyl floor tile, sink/hardware, tubs, shower hardware and wall tile, HVAC system and registers, lighting fixtures, kitchen cabinets and counters; clean HVAC ductwork, relocate return air vents, relocate exterior faucets, repair curbs, sidewalks and driveways. Improvements include installation of exterior storage, decorative concrete walls, stove backsplash, vinyl wall covering, additional kitchen cabinets, energy efficient lights, chair rails, shelving, ceiling fans with lights, GFI's, entrance lights and screen porches. Reslope carport roofs not yet completed, relocate interior kitchen walls and rewire kitchens.
