Consists of but not limited to: fixtures, 20x20 foot concrete pads, transformers, wiring and control as per the contract drawings. Install unidirectional REIL lights on runway 14 in the exact location of the existing REILS, removing the existing unit. The approximate issue/response date will be 10 Jul 96. No telephone requests.
