DeShon, Contracting Officer (810)307-5989/4881 (Site Code W56LS9) Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to complete an air handling service catwalk in Hangar #5 at Selfridge ANG Base, MI. The work includes but is not limited to the installation of a service catwalk for the air handling equipment above the existing ceiling at the weapons loading room and ECM shop of Hangar #5. Also included is the installation of a service ladder and safety cage to access each of the service catwalks. The catwalks, ladder and cages are composed of fiber glass. Utility location and ceiling rework are also required. All work shall be in strict accordance with the plans and technical provisions of the specifications for Project VGLZ922004. Installation of Maintenance Catwalks and Ladders. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
