Timmermann, Phone (703)604-6100 Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, New York, 11714 for the procurement of five (5) Satellite Communication kits and five (5) Navigation System Upgrade kits for integration into E-2C aircraft in accordance with Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 410R2 and ECP 403R1, respectivley. Grumman is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the E-2 Aircraft and is the only company with the technical expertise and intimate knowledge of the E-2 aircraft to support this requirement.
